Refunds apply only to unused credits purchased directly on this website under your account. We cannot refund credits obtained through promotions, giveaways, or third‑party purchases.

Request Timeframe

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the credits remain unused. Once credits are used to generate content, the corresponding portion becomes non‑refundable.

Non‑Refundable Situations

• Abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service
• Custom or enterprise invoices already fulfilled
• Bank fees, currency conversion costs, or taxes charged by your provider

Partial Refunds

If some credits have been used, we may offer a partial refund for the unused portion at our discretion, minus any applicable fees.

Chargebacks

Please contact us to resolve any payment issue before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
